Wimberley Hills Grow Greenhouse Tomatoes Near Ranch
Milam Jones and Grumpy Maddox run a Milam Jones Ranch greenhouse near Wimberley in Hays County producing Manapal tomatoes. The operation uses a soil-based plastic greenhouse with sun lighting, careful climate control, and a yearly rotation plan aiming for continuous weekly harvests around 400 pounds. They expect expansion to a larger scale as demand remains strong.
