FELPS trustees OK two revenue changes to raise funds
Floresville based FELPS trustees adopt a plan allowing retention of part of the purchased power adjustment and a 2.5 percent per kilowatt hour surcharge on all power used. A 1 000 kWh residential bill would rise about 2.08 monthly and a 7 500 kWh commercial bill about 13.46 monthly. Floresville, Path, and Stockdale own parts of FELPS. The changes await Floresville City Council approval.
