Fatal two car crash at FM 3465 and US 87 in Adkins

A Sunday 12 20 pm crash at the FM 3465 and US 87 intersection in southeastern Bexar County killed Emil Kotzur 76 of Adkins and seriously injured a Nixon woman. Kotzur died after air transport to University Hospital. Isabel Kotzur was listed in satisfactory condition and set for release. Jose and Rosa Munoz and three sons were treated at Southeast Baptist Hospital with Rosa in fair condition.

Junked Car Ordinance Enforcement In Floresville

Floresville officials will tighten enforcement of the 1977 junked car ordinance as residents complain about inoperable vehicles. Police will tow nuisance vehicles and fines may be issued when cars or parts sit in public view beyond 10 days. Owners may restore cars privately or store them out of sight. repairs may be tarped.
