Floresville awards manager for Main Street project
Floresville city council approved Harry Grove as Main Street project manager and formed an advisory board to set the budget and salary. A Community Spirit Award was created to honor residents who go above and beyond, with a plaque proposed at City Hall. A separate action approved a $27,390 metal building for municipal inventory storage and outlined the 2001 FELPS operating budget of $12.76 million.
