Water project moves closer to bids in Falls City
Falls City council and engineer finalize specs for a major water plant upgrade funded by a $250,000 state grant and $12,500 city funds. The plan includes bringing a dormant water well online and releasing work to construction firms. An executive session also covered a library renovation dispute led by Mayor Vi Malone and city officials.
