Landowners in New Hanover County Drainage District No. 8 are notified the Board of Drainage Commissioners plans to issue bonds to cover total costs and maintenance funds. Bonds of twenty thousand dollars are authorized with interest and principal paid in equal yearly installments over three years. Landowners may opt out and the district will release assessments after approval by the Superior Court clerk. Price, chairman, cites May 23, 1917.
