Moe Sent To Jamestown After Lunacy Ruling
Moe of Tioga was adjudged insane by Judge Butler on a lunacy charge and sent to Jamestown Saturday. He was examined after being overcome by gas while working in a well and is believed to have gone insane from the fumes. Deputy Sheriff Jarstadt and John Oveson escorted him as guards.
