North Dakota Farmers Institute plans winter lecture circuit
The North Dakota Farmers Institute will begin about December 1 with Prof Thomas Shaw as lecturer. The institute will seek outstanding speakers and aim to elevate the program. Towns may apply to host, covering only local costs for a suitable hall, announced by Supt T A Hoverstad.
