Trust goods seized in Sherman act tobacco shipment
A consignment valued at about 7 000 dollars from Durham to the British American Tobacco Co is seized by Norfolk customs under Sherman anti trust laws. The 175 cases contain 7 727 50 dollars worth of cigarettes in transit from Petersburg and Durham for New York contractors. The seizure follows a government prosecution under the Sherman act.
