House Building Biz and Local Moves Across Towns

Chas. West is busy building a new house and the community notes various moves and visits. Mr. and Mrs. D. E. Weaver await Weaver’s mother Friday. Dr. P. E. Thomson and family moved to Montana Tuesday. M. E. Scott hauled goods to Williston and shipped a car load to Montana. Hayes family plans a Canada move. Scott and sister expect a brother for a short visit. James Elliott plows on the Chris Nelson farm. Van Trees and son erect a large sod barn. Severson and Fedji building a barn. Halverson visited in the area Friday. Davis and Kruger called at A Lazy A Ranch. Davis to teach in Formosa district. Mrs. Henry Busch of Williston visiting relatives. Dickey building a steel bridge on Cow Creek range line. Don Wilder plans to leave for Canada. Green goes to Willis for work at Missouri Lumber Co. yards. Twin Lake school new teacher Scott from Montana. Mrs. Dillree visited with Mrs. Smith. Freeman couple postponed western trip to the 15th. Misses Freeman going to Crow reservation to buy land. Garden Valley notes include Van Deberg digging winter coal and Dolly Doughty of Williston at the Garden Valley Literary. Hart callers at Garden Valley farm. Misses Rutledge and Elliott visit. Ekebergs entertained friends recently.

Osborn Heads to Des Lacs With Move Planned

Judson R. Osborn departed for Des Lacs on the 30th with horses, machinery, and household goods and plans to make a home there at least temporarily. Mormon ladies surprised Mrs. J. N. Wright at her home last Friday with a reported good time and luncheon. Carrold Brooks visited R. E. Dillrees on Monday and Tuesday.
