In Williston North Carolina on November 5 1902 the board met in regular session with Trustees Baldwin Sharp and Belyea present. A L Butler was appointed clerk pro tem. The justice of the peace Leonhardy did not present a monthly report but fines and donations totaling 54 were deposited and a receipt furnished. The franchise granting to J A Johnson and James Kennedy to install a water works and electric light plant was received and recorded.
