The building will be 1614 feet long and 78 feet wide, with initial machinery for two hundred barrel daily output and room for five hundred barrels later. Excavation to start tomorrow, with cement foundation work early next week, and an industrial track extending toward the round house will serve the mill. A J Stafne advertises five acre irrigated tracts for sale with liberal payments.

Escape from North Dakota Prison
James Peterson alias Frank Thompson, serving a two year term for burglary, escaped from the state penitentiary yesterday morning. He was in the brick yard and slipped away during a delayed machinery start. Convicted in Cass county in October 1907, he had 28 days left. Posses are scouring the region and a clue is believed to aid capture.
