Minot Police Raid Freighthouse Seizes Carload of Liquor

The defunct Minot National Bank will pay each depositor dollar for dollar after its closure last September. Former president I J Haschamp was indicted last December and settled by paying the bank 38000 dollars. The treasury settlement via Receiver Swords occurred in March, and the case against Hanscamp will be dropped as depositors recover full amounts.

The local Odd Fellows and Rebeccas gathered at the M E church Friday evening to mark the sixth anniversary of the lodge in the United States. Weather pogod turnout was good with many visitors. Rev Hollett delivered the address on the order’s origin and symbols. A quartet provided music and Mrs Evans presided at the wine.
