First Annual Indoor Sport Carnival At Armory
The First Annual Sport Carnival will be held Friday night at eight in the Armory Auditorium to benefit the Congregational Ladies Aid Society. A varied program of indoor sports includes Straightaway Peanut Parade Rooster Fight Potato Race Hand Wrestle Tule Tilting Relay Race Sporting Match and Indoor Baseball with all proceeds supporting the Ladies Aid. Lisbon Band To Entertain Returning Soldiers In Williston
On Tuesday evening April 1 the First Regiment Band of Lisbon will perform at the Williston Armory. Three Williston men are with the band. a banquet from 6 to 8 precedes the concert with an admission of about 1.00 to help cover expenses. After the show a 5 dance will be free for men in uniform. Local Home Guards will run the program and a welcome home event aims to boost community support for returning soldiers and future celebrations.

The March apportionment of the State and County Tuition funds was distributed among Williams county schools totaling 16932 dollars or 3.32 per child aged 6 to 21 on the 1918 census list. Mis Citizenship Cancelled by Judge in North Dakota
Judge Butts issued an order cancelling the declaration of intention to become a U.S. citizen by Knute Sigfrid Leon, a Norwegian immigrant from Bergen who came to Sheyenne in 1915.
