Record Family Carries Thirteen Children On Soo Line Train

The Scotters family from Alberta now in Oklahoma is noted for thirteen children born in five years, including three triplets and two sets of twins. They traversed 3,000 miles on a first class ticket, prompting humor from a conductor who mistook them for a school outing. The mother used the family Bible to prove they were indeed a single family and not a passenger load.
