Yesterday afternoon the Odd Fellows laid the cornerstone of their new hall with about 150 members in attendance. The Williston Concert Band led the parade, dignitaries spoke, and a tin box with inscriptions was placed in the stone including the date June 26 1907 and details of Fort Buford No 18 I O O F.

Died at Ray Mabel Hustad Also Known as Mabel Jones

Mabel Hustad age seventeen died at Ray Monday and was buried there yesterday. Orphaned young, she later worked at the Martin hotel in Ray and in a Minot laundry before illness prompted hospital advice. She returned to Ray where convulsions ended in death. Coroner Thomas led an inquest. verdict death due to natural causes.

DIES IN WELL NEAR BANKS

Olaf Karlstad twenty eighty years old died after inhaling gas while digging a well for Mrs Dahl near Banks in McKenzie county. His helper Al Dahl tried to rescue him but Karlstad died in the bucket before rescue. He is survived by a wife two sisters and two brothers.

Zion Lutheran Church Monthly Services at Court House

Zion Lutheran Church will hold regular services at the Court House on the first and Sunday of each month at 11 a.m. in Swedish and 8 p.m. in English.
