Secretary Garfield to Visit Williston Saturday
Word arrived that Secretary Garfield and party cannot reach Williston Friday and will arrive Saturday morning by private car arranged by M J Costello. They will stay until Monday, tour irrigation work, meet local officials, attend a reception at the courthouse, and end with a banquet at Gates hall hosted by the M E Church Ladies Aid.

Fastest Game of the Season On Williston Diamond
Friday evening the regular nine and a Freeman Nutt led scrub team played the fastest game of the season on the Williston diamond. Both sides scored once before darkness ended the contest at eight innings. Freeman and Foutie pitched well for the second and regular teams, respectively, with two runs scoring on an error and a black ball.

County Treasurer and Register Move to Larger Vault
