Brainerd Home Partly Destroyed by Fire
Fire damaged a Brainerd residence on Fourth Street West Friday noon. Neighbors and spectators saved furniture and belongings from the lower level, while upstairs items suffered heavy smoke and water damage. The blaze started in the partitions between the ceiling and roof and destroyed part of the roof before control was established.
