Contest closes Tuesday in voeses contest with prizes

The district awards a due bill worth 220 to 250 dollars for piano use and a sewing machine for the sixth contestant in each district. The first prize includes a mesh bag for the most coupons. The contest manager Judge Butler and a panel of judges are thanked for fair counting.

District Court Opens June Term With Large Docket

The calendar shows 27 criminal and 67 civil cases filed with clerk John Bergheim of Minot who is visiting Marmon. Investigations reveal the dead man found in the river near the Rogers place is Helge N Sekse also known as Henry Sexse, a McKenzie county farmer missing since May 31. DRENCHING RAIN DAMPENS WEDDING IN MADRID

The wedding of Kermit Roosevelt and Miss Belle Wyatt Willard at the British Embassy chapel in Madrid proceeded amid heavy rain. The ceremony, assisted by Rev. Two speeding cars collided head on between Kramer and Eckman New Jersey last night injuring several. A party of eight returning from Eckman to Kramer after a ball game met a party of four bound for Deep North Dakota. Only one of the speeders was light.

J N Wright section boss of mer suffered both legs broken. H A Gordon depot agent at Deep N D endured internal injuries and twelve hours of unconsciousness, in serious condition. Rugby Merchant Martin Champion Killed in Auto Crash

Rugby North Dakota June 16. Martin Champion a pioneer clothing merchant was killed when his car turned turtle near Bottineau Saturday. He was pinned beneath the vehicle and died several hours after the accident. Three other occupants escaped injury.

Banks by August 1 hope for reserves in motion

Treasury officials say all twelve federal reserve banks may be operating by August 1 though money demand for crops is not yet severe.
