Williston project water rights set for 1908 irrigation season
The Department of the Interior announces water will be furnished from the Williston project North Dakota in 1908 for designated farm units in Townships 154 and 155 North Ranges 100 and 101 West. Home steads may apply for water rights and initial charges. private ownership lands may also apply with payments due dates set May 1 1908 and annual installments through 1909 and beyond. The notice specifies per acre charges for irrigation system building and for operation and maintenance with timing and credit rules.
