Mrs R M Calderwood and Mrs W G Owens hosted the Congregational Ladies Aid at church parlors this afternoon. J B Brant hosted a Monday dinner for ten at their 2nd Ave West home, with Grand Nola and a 6 pm meal. Bridge club at Mrs Thos Cooney’s on Ist Ave West played at two tables with refreshments at 5. Red Cross knitting featured at several gatherings including Miss Magna Monson and Miss Marie Lynch hosts. luncheon served.
