Wedding at Nelson Secures in Nelson onf Thursday
The marriage of Mr. HAérmin Nelson and Miss Minnie Jane Loughland took place at the bride’s home in Nelson on Thursday January 21. The bride, daughter of rancher William Loughland, wore a cream Venetian cloth dress with a long white veil. The Episcopal service was read by Rev Phillip Cook of All Saints Minot. A wedding breakfast followed, then the couple hosted nearly two hundred guests at their new home with a dance in the converted stable loft lasting into morning. A plan will be at home there.

Washington January 15 The proposed resurrection of the discredited army canteen is dead for this congress. The last session appropriated funds to replace it and add canteens to soldiers rations, claiming profits would vanish.
