Anarchistic Plot Foiled by Brazilian Police in Rio

In Farmington Iowa on January 18 a mob led editor Ed Rockwell of the Farmington Herald from his home to the town edge and tarred and feathered him before leaving him in the cold. He returned to town wearing tar and feathers after two years of attacks on local businessmen councilmen and lodge men.
