Miss Emme Briggs cashier for W Simon and Co of Neenah was robbed of drafts money orders and other papers valued at 3000 on a train between Neenah and Oshkosh yesterday afternoon. The loss was not discovered until she reached Oshkosh where the bank was to receive the deposit. The drafts were in an envelope in a chatelaine bag at her belt. how the theft occurred remains unknown and the bank has been notified to stop payment.
