Chris Ellingson traps mink and muskrats on cold mornings. Vernia Beranek spent New Year’s with her brother and returned to Williston. Florence Rutledge and W K Kershaw visited Garden Valley Farm Wednesday evening. A consignment from Minneapolis Public Library arrives with books for all ages and winter reading. Holiday belting parties were frequent. Baird Kershaw and Rutledge entertained several guests last week, with reports praising their cooking and confectionery skills.
