Minot Fire Destroys Wilson Block and Reporter Office
A fire yesterday morning gutted the J. M. Wilson block in Minot and damaged the Reporter office. The Wilson block suffered losses estimated over 26000 including stock, while the Reporter office loss was around 2000. Fire started in the basement and Spread, delaying interior access for firefighters. George W. Wilson, former owner and land office register, left for Minot after learning of the blaze.

Unknown Man Killed in Wreck on G N Railroads
Two freight trains on the Great Northern collided at Stanley Saturday evening after a standing train was struck by a speeding second engine west of town. An unnamed rider was killed or injured and grain cars scattered. The engines leapt and one attempted to jump the other in the wreck.
