Grand Forks February 11 Minot selected as the site for the 1911 county commissioners meeting after bidders Grand Forks Jamestown Fargo and Minot competed. Officers were elected J F Jaberg president A A Seeley vice president M A Wisness secretary L R Abbott treasurer and a board of directors named from several counties. Resolutions urged a permanent nonpartisan tax commission and praised the North Dakota State Tax association. The group endorsed tax education reforms and safeguarding the ballot and thanked Grand Forks officials for hospitality and support.

The Williston Commercial club seeks a federal building in the city and an appropriation not to exceed seventy five thousand dollars for site purchase and construction including vaults and utilities. New Hospital Planned for Jamestown

Jamestown North Dakota February 14 plans nearly complete to build a modern general hospital with fifty beds or more. A stock company will raise $50 000 to fund the Jamestown hospital with a 7 percent preferred stock and guaranteed dividends.
