Judge Goss adjourned the Dochterman case and left Tuesday for Fargo at Judge Pollock’s request to handle cases Pollock could not try. Pollock began the criminal calendar locally this morning. The first case, State of Thomas Hammer of Buford, charged with p?gging, had not yet secured a jury by noon.
