White Gifts at Library Hall Christmas Service
About two hundred fifty attended Congregational Church and Sunday School exercises at Library Hall. The program titled White gifts for the King celebrated the King’s birthday with a cross and tree, music, and Miss Peterson reading The Other Wise Man. Each class offered gifts totaling roughly thirty dollars for benevolence, building, and other purposes, plus food and toys for those in need.

Dance at Evans barn attracts Williston crowd
The Helping Hand Society of Muddy Valley held a Friday evening dance at the Evans barn, three miles north of the city. The 50 by 70 foot hall was lit by Palmer boys' dynamo and lights, with the Orpheum Orchestra and Oxenv Bell providing music. A harp drew admiration and a luncheon of coffee and doughnuts was served as fifteen of twenty Williston residents attended and enjoyed the event.
