Williams County 1912 Official Proceedings Resolve Seed Grain
Williams County North Dakota officials convened March 21 1912 focusing on seed grain disbursements to needy farmers. The board approved a plan to issue warrants totaling 35000 dollars, authorized Beiseker to manage seed grain funds and set procedures for cost recovery and distribution. Four days of sessions covered seed grain grants, road work, county hospital bids, and county physician bids with multiple resolutions and adjournments recorded.
