A formal notice warns that various circulars claiming to be analyses of Harrison Bros. & Co. paints are circulating without date and date back to old analyses. The department states current year analyses differ, calls for labeling, and disclaims responsibility for the fraudulent use of the department’s name. Dated March 30.

Both proceed to hearings in May 1906 before the United States Land Office officials in Minot and public notice by publication is ordered.
