October beef supplies are expected to be large as fed cattle marketings rise and align with grass fat cattle. Other October plentifuls include eggs potatoes honey ripe olives and peanut butter.

McKinney VA Hospital Moves Key Units to Dallas
The Dallas move will complete by Friday and raise the Dallas VA hospital to about 800 beds. The transfer includes orthopedic teaching, neurosurgery, tuberculosis services, and research facilities. About 150 patients relocate, 107 TB and 37 orthopedic. McKinney remains open as a general hospital.
