Burial followed in Restland Memorial Park Dallas. He was born December 6 1891 in Franklin County married Beulah Scruggs May 29 1913 in Wood County came to Whitewright in 1944 and was survived by four daughters two sons a brother eleven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Funeral services for John H Gibson 68 farmer Route 2 Whitewright were held at Bonham at 3 p m last Thursday. He died at home Oct 15. The Rev J E Fender Baptist pastor officiated and interment was in Sunnyside Cemetery near Savoy. He is survived by one daughter Izola Gibson at home. Born Clinton Kentucky June 10 1890. Active pallbearers were O W Barker J H Gosnell John Biggerstaff Joe Rich Herman Gray and Othel Redman.
Six week old Bonnie Lee Parkins daughter of Mr and Mrs Tom Parkins of Denison died Sunday and was buried Monday. She is survived by two sisters Joan Ann and Martha Sue and her mother Dorothy Hughes of Whitewright.
