7,071 Lives Taken By Cancer in Texas During Last Year
Texas health officials report that cancer caused 7,071 deaths in 1947, about 11.3 percent of all deaths. Walter Morgan a 76 year old farmer of Fosston Minnesota made a perfect parachute jump to show youngsters what an old man can do.
