In Sherman Texas on Sunday noon Lillia Thompson fourteen daughter of Mr and Mrs W N Thompson of Hagerman died at St Vincent's Sanitarium after a coal oil stove explosion enveloped her in flames. Her father received severe burns and lost a finger while rescuing her. he remains seriously ill. Mother Mrs Thompson suffered blisters but will recover. The blaze followed a coal oil pour and ignition near the stove.
