Egg School Plans Compliance With New Egg Law

Deaths Floyd T Harris 70 services set at Presbyterian
Funeral services for Floyd T Harris 70 were held at 2 p m Monday at the Presbyterian Church conducted by Rev C C Dooley and Rev Fred Waldrop. Burial was in Wittitee Cemetery at Kentuckytown. Harris died in his sleep Saturday night at his brother in law R E Pierce’s home after his own home burned on Nov 10. Surviving are son Franklin S Harris of Dallas daughter Ouida Nell Harris of Dallas and sister Mrs Myrtle Harris Fulton of Whitewright.

Funeral services for James Cooper Woodson held at Bells church
Funeral services were held at 3 p m Monday in the First Baptist Church Bells for James Cooper Woodson 91 retired farmer stock man who died Sunday morning after a long illness at his son Floyd Woodson’s home. Burial was in Rose Hill Cemetery. He was born in Albany Kentucky December 19 1865 and served as a deacon at Bells Baptist Church for 58 years. Survivors include five sons two daughters a sister fourteen grandchildren twenty one great grandchildren and nine great great grandchildren.

Cotton Growers To Vote on Quotas in December
Cotton producers nation wide will vote on December 10 to decide if marketing quotas will apply to the 1958 upland cotton crop.
