He died November 20 at his daughter's Garland home after a lingering illness. Burial was in Pruitt Cemetery Pleasant Mound. Survivors include his wife two sons six daughters and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Pallbearers were grandsons Boyd Newman Don Newman Bruce Hunter Billy F Pruitt John D Pruitt James McKee and Albert McKee.
William Lester Caylor 69 a former Whitewright resident died unexpectedly Monday at his Sandy area home north of Bonham He was born April 12 1888 in Aggrone North Carolina and moved to Texas with his parents He married Alice Rose Lee Martin May 7 1916 The family lived near Whitewright then north of Bonham He was a farmer and Corinth Baptist Church member He is survived by his wife six sons Eldridge Caylor W L Caylor Jr Billy Caylor Duane Caylor Byron Caylor and Barry Caylor one daughter Mrs Jack Hall three brothers Drewie Paul and J G Caylor and three sisters Mrs J P Darwin Mrs R L Powell and Mrs Don Farmer

Calvin Buchanan Grayson County clerk told attorneys and estate administrators that probate deposits rise to 35 covering court costs. An audit shows 8049.31 dollars owed since 1946 with 59 people still unpaid. Auditor Williams endorsed the increase and he may raise it further if needed. Community estate cases now require a 20 deposit.
Sandra Jane Lockard four year old poster girl of the National Nephrosis Foundation died yesterday after a two year battle with kidney disease. She received a get well note from Mrs Eisenhower hours before her death. Sandra is the daughter of Mr and Mrs James R Lockard of Washington. She met the first lady at the White House last spring during National Nephrosis Month opening ceremonies.
