Mrs Marie Jinkins 58 Died En Route to Bonham Hospital
Mrs Marie Jinkins died at 1 00 p m Sunday while being transported to a Bonham hospital after a year long illness. Funeral services were held Tuesday at Barnheart chapel led by Rev Fred Waldrop and W Newman. Burial was in West Hill Cemetery Sherman. She was born November 14 1898 in Sherman. Survived by two brothers three sisters and several nieces and nephews. She was married to W J Jinkins in Sherman in 1923. She was a member of First Baptist Church Whitewright and worked with J R Oliver in the hog and seed business in Whitewright for about 25 years.

Tragic Tractor Accident Kills Two Year Old In Sherman Area
Two year old Rachel Diane Hames dies after a tractor wheel crushes her at home Friday afternoon near Sherman. She dies about an hour later in a Sherman hospital. Funeral services were held at Tom Bean Baptist Church with burial in Memorial Park Sherman. The child was born May 14 1955 in Sherman and is survived by parents Rebecca Lynn Hames a sister and numerous grandparents and great relatives.

Funeral services were conducted in Denison Monday for S M Pool 88 of the Ellsworth community who died Saturday in a Denison hospital after a five year illness. He married Sara Ella Swagerty July 7 1880 who died in 1951. He had lived in the Ellsworth community.
