Sherman Texas May 1 Albert Chrisman convicted bank bandit who helped rob the Ravenna bank in February pleads not guilty to burglary at Sam Kirby's grocery in Sherman. Four people including Miss Margerie Baty Miss Emma Powell M C Davenport and Eugene Collins died when their car plunged from an Eight Mile Creek bridge during a return from a New Braunfels swimming party. His condition is serious.

His father and wife, in El Paso, travel back to be at his bedside. Mrs. Bryant had gone to El Paso for health reasons, and Murray planned to move there this week when illness struck.

Samuel Thomas Bledsoe of Chicago formerly Ida Grayson County has been selected by the UT president and faculty to deliver the annual commencement address in June.
