Veteran GI Bill course waiver and ROTC provisions
Veterans may take courses at a second school if the degree school certifies acceptance and credit for the subjects. Beneficiary changes by will require notification to VA, not a change via will. ROTC drills do not count as active duty and do not stop monthly compensation. If a veteran dies during a grace month unpaid premium, the unpaid amount is deducted from the policy proceeds.
