Whitewright High School's remodel is advancing toward the fall term with plastering underway on the first and second floors by Dallas plasterers under Lawton Wilson. Old wood lath has been replaced with metal lath and ceilings will be pastel plastered. The third floor remains unchanged. An adjoining grade school addition should be finished by November 1, with classes moved elsewhere until then. Moving and storage of equipment cost less than 175 dollars, against estimates up to 1500 dollars.
