German Arrested At Collinsville Texas Spy Case
A man believed to be a German spy was arrested in Collinsville Texas on April 6 and turned over to federal authorities in Dallas. Officers described maps and blueprints detailing railways bridges forts ships and border posts, all drawn by the suspect who admitted making them. A Collinsville citizen said the man spoke only English and claimed American birth.
