George J. Hoelocker, a well known Laporte furniture dealer, drowned himself in Clear Lake at 2:15 PM after months of wrist trouble and spells of insanity. Nurse G A Almfeldt, with help, attempted rescue. Hoelocker, 45, left a wife, four children, and two brothers, after a failing health and business affair.
