Chester Case a 14 year old boy was instantly killed by the accidental discharge of a shotgun while alone in a wagon on his father John Case’s farm nine teen miles northwest of Wa Keeney near St. Peter. The weapon fired in the wagon box starting a fire in loose hay consuming most clothing. Funeral services were held and the remains shipped to Hintsville Kans. for internment. District Court Doing Sees Cook Acquitted In Rape Case
