Roy Zahren, Wenatchee street commissioner, issues a public notice citing Ordinance Nos. 22 and 165. He warns against litter, manure, and noxious waste in streets alleys and private property and states violators face fines up to 100 dollars and potential jail.
J. B. Olinger of the Wenatchee Valley Fruit Growers association says markets hold up well for good berries. Prices range 2.50 to 3.00 in Spokane and Seattle. He expects a brisk season locally due to a short crop elsewhere.

Dunkards from across the country travel to the Wenatchee valley on return trips to the east. R. W. Martin banker H. B. Adams formerly in wholesale groceries and O. B. Merrill all from Danville Illinois arrived in the city Friday on an investigation trip through the west seeking a new business location.
