GreenLight gas rate change filed with Texas Railroad Commission
On June 12, 2002 GreenLight Gas filed with the Texas Railroad Commission to raise its city gate gas transportation rate for Clarendon Dodson Dozier Estelline Hedley Lakeview Lelia Lake Lutie Memphis Newlin Paducah Summerwood and Wellington. The proposed increase of 0.63 per mef would lift revenue about 7.8 affecting 3559 residential and 526 commercial customers. Residential bills rise about 3.17 monthly and commercial about 10.92. The change, first by GreenLight a non profit, is a major increase under Texas Utilities Code. The proposed effective date is July 22 2002.
