Handley and Leggitt designed the Wellington Christmas Star that revolves for its th year. Burn Handley City Manager and the late Monk Leggitt crafted the mechanism while Buck Hawkins of Azle supplied the revolving part. Old steering gears powered a small motor on a court house display, first wooden then steel frame last year by Griff Finley.
