Linda Tutt Learning Center Named In Her Honor
Linda Karnes Tutt, daughter of Vada Karnes, was honored when the local learning center she directs was named for her. Former students asked the superintendent and school board to rename the alternative campus Linda Tutt Learning Center, which houses four programs to help students earn a diploma. Tutt, a 1965 WHS graduate, earned a master's in counseling and has 20 years with Sanger ISD alongside husband Wayne and two sons, Tracy and Terry.
