Peace Country Arts Festival set for spring in Dawson Creek
The Second Annual Peace Country Arts Festival will be held in Dawson Creek on April 30 May 1 and 2 1964 with the first festival held in Grande Prairie earlier this year drawing over 400 entries. A steering committee in Dawson Creek has taken over planning, with a syllabus to avoid duplication and broad community involvement to raise cultural standards across the Peace River country.
