Gray Family Reunion Celebrates Uncle Sam Gray’s Birth
The twenty-eighth Gray reunion gathered about seventy relatives and friends at Mr. and Mrs. James Gray’s south of town. A grand feast followed by a short program by the youngsters ended a pleasant afternoon. Visitors included Susan Wor men of Dayton Ohio Aunt Susan Walters and daughter Mrs Will O Neal of Crawfordsville S P Gray and wife of Covington and W B Gray and sister Stella of Veedersburg. Odd Fellows Memorial Service and Grave Decorating
Sunday afternoon the Odd Fellows lodge holds a memorial service at the M E church at 2 PM with Rev W B Adkins delivering the address. Members and visiting brothers will meet at the lodge, march to the church led by the band, then graves at Wesley cemetery and the old cemetery east of town will be decorated in forenoon and twenty four at the Masonic cemetery will be decorated after the service. Rebekah lodge members are invited to help arrange flowers, join the parade, and take part at the cemetery.
